Contest rules: BUSINESS AND INSPIRATION

Article 1 – Company and registered office of the organizer
The organizer of the award competition "BUSINESS AND INSPIRATION" (hereinafter: "Competition") is LB BODYART ESTETIC, 98607901, Crikvenica, Kralja Tomislava 146 (hereinafter "Organizer").

The way to participate in the Prize Contest is advertised from the day, month, year of the year on the Bagadur Metoda brand name on the Facebook page and the bagadur.method Instagram page.

These Rules, which are binding for all participants, apply to the Prize Contest. Also, for the purposes of conducting the Prize Contest, including, among other things, to select the winner and notify the winner, the Organizer processes, uses and shares certain personal data of the Prize Contest participants.

By participating in this Prize Contest, participants agree that they have read and understood these Rules and that they accept them. The Organizer will inform the participants about any possible changes by posting on the link.

The Organizer has the option of changing the Rules of the Prize Contest, but they can only be done exceptionally: in circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer, which affect or could affect the proper conduct of the Prize Contest and/or the awarding of prizes, and only in cases where specific circumstances they make it inevitable. The organizer does not assume responsibility for the participant's knowledge of amendments to the Rules as long as these changes are published on the official website.

Since the Prize Contest is held on social networks Facebook and Instagram, which are not owned by the Organizer, each participant is obliged to follow the rules and guidelines for the use of Facebook and Instagram pages: https://www.facebook.com/policies_center/pages_groups_events.

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, approved, administered by or associated with Facebook and Instagram. Participants provide their data to the Organizer, not to Facebook and Instagram. By entering and participating in the Contest, all participants understand and accept that Facebook and Instagram bear no responsibility towards the Contest participants and that they have no claims or demands against Facebook and Instagram.

Article 2 – Name of the Prize Competition, time and venue
The name of the competition is "JOB AND INSPIRATION". The prize competition will be held from March 6, 2024. until 10.3.2024. year at 11:59 p.m. in the territory of the Republic of Croatia on the Bagadur Metoda Facebook page and the bagadur.method Instagram page.

Article 3 - Purpose of the Prize Competition
The purpose of the Prize Contest is to motivate consumers to spend and to strengthen the connection with users through product promotion, to promote the Bagadur Method, Organizer's channels that are used for marketing and other purposes and on which the Organizer's products will appear.

Article 4 - Conditions for participation in the Prize Contest
All citizens over the age of 16 with a residence in the Republic of Croatia have the right to participate in the Prize Competition referred to in Article 2.

To participate in the Prize Contest, participants must have a personal and valid Facebook/Instagram profile/account.

Employees of the Organizer and affiliated companies of the Organizer and members of the immediate family (parents, spouses, children, sisters and brothers) of the Organizer's employees and third parties who are data processors for the Organizer and who are directly involved in the preparation of the Prize competition, i.e. the selection of winners, are not entitled to participate. .

If, during the selection of the winner or the determination of the list of winners, it is determined that a person who does not have the right to participate based on these Rules participated in the Prize Contest, that winner will be replaced with another winner.

Equality of all participants is guaranteed and equal opportunity to win after fulfilling the stated conditions.

Article 5 - How to participate in the Prize Contest
To participate in the Prize Contest, interested participants should write "What inspires you on your personal or professional development journey?" in the comments on the Bagadur Metoda Facebook page and the bagadur.method Instagram page, and we reward the most creative answer.

Each participant by participating in the Prize Contest until March 10, 2024. at 11:59 p.m. automatically enters the database from which a total of one participant will be awarded, i.e. 1 participant from the Facebook profile and 1 participant from the Instagram profile. Applications received after the specified deadline are not eligible to participate in the Prize Contest. Each participant can participate in the Prize Contest with multiple entries, but can only be awarded once. If, upon selection of the winner, it is determined that the submitted data is incomplete and/or incorrect, such application will be considered invalid.

Each participant of the Prize Contest is obliged to confirm that the created story is his original work and does not represent a violation of the copyrights of third parties.

In the event that the same application is submitted by different persons, only the first participant who made the application will have the right to participate in the Prize Contest. If an entrant submits a partial or incomplete entry requirement and is drawn as a prize winner, such winner will be considered invalid upon verification and will not be awarded a prize.

Article 6 – Wrong and irregular applications
The organizer reserves the right to disqualify a participant at any time during the Prize Contest:

For any other reason that the Organizer deems to affect the fairness of the competition.

Article 7 - Prize fund

The total prize fund amounts to:

1 x Bagadur Method education, held on 15.3. and 16.3., at the Antunović Hotel in Zagreb.

Article 8 – Selection of prize winners and selection control
The winners are selected based on the creativity of the application by the Organizer's expert jury consisting of three (3) members. The members of the jury will be selected from among the employees of the Organizer and the employees of external associates of the Organizer. Criteria for selecting winners: the most creative answers of the participants who write what inspires them on the way to personal or professional development?, according to the opinion of the majority of the jury members.

The award winners will be selected by March 11, 2024. year. All applications received up to and including March 10, 2024 are considered. at 23:59h. It will be mandatory to check whether the conditions of participation from these Rules have been met. In no case will a greater number of prizes be distributed than the amount defined in Article 7 of these Rules.

Article 9 - Rights to the content of the application/response
By participating in the Prize Contest, the participants/winners grant the Organizer, free of charge, the right of ownership and, to the widest extent permitted by the regulations of the Republic of Croatia, the exclusive, content-, temporally and spatially unlimited right to exploit, with full right to transfer, the content of the entry, for any purpose of the Prize Contest in question and for any type of subsequent promotion or campaign of the Organizer and/or its products in any medium, free of charge. The participants/winners agree that they will not seek to exercise their moral rights in connection with such exploitation or use of the content of the application where their moral rights in relation to such content exist. Entrants/winners warrant that their entry content has not been previously published or used in any part and that the creative response does not contain copyrighted material, that it is their original work, that it has not been copied in whole or in part by any third party and that they have all authority to grant these rights.

Article 10 - Notification of winners and publication of the results of the Prize Competition
The results of the Prize Contest will be published on the Bagadur Metoda Facebook and bagadur.method Instagram website no later than March 11, 2024. year. The list of awardees will include: first and last name, or the name of the Facebook or Instagram profile with which the participant applied for the Prize Contest. Each of the announced winners is obliged to report in the inbox or via a message on the Bagadur Metoda Facebook and bagadur.method Instagram profile within 24 hours (twenty-four hours) of receiving the notification/announcement about the prize won. If any of the winners does not respond within the specified period, the Organizer has the right to contact another participant who applied for the Prize Contest and satisfied all the Rules of the Contest. 

Article 11. - Method and deadline for receiving prizes
The winners will receive the prizes by delivery to their home address within 45 working days from the publication of the results of the Prize Contest or collect them personally in agreement with the Organizer. If the prize does not arrive at the winner's home address within 30 working days from the announcement of the results, and the winner does not report that he has not received the prize within the next 15 days, the Organizer is no longer responsible for non-receipt of the prize and cannot accept the appeal. The specified deadline for the delivery of the prizes can be extended only if the winner has written to the Organizer that due to objective reasons he cannot receive the same, or if the Organizer is unable to deliver the prize within the specified deadline due to force majeure. The organizer of the Prize Contest bears no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected shipments, as well as for improper delivery (when the winner was notified of the shipment, but did not collect it). The winner does not have the option of receiving cash or substitute prizes (instead of the prize awarded to him by the expert jury of the Organizer). The prize is non-transferable.

Article 12 - Protection of participants' personal data
By participating in this Contest, each participant agrees that, if he becomes a winner in the Contest, his personal data: name and surname will be publicly published on the Bagadur Method Facebook page and on bagadur.method Instagram, based on the Organizer's legitimate interest.   

By participating in this Prize Contest, the participant is aware that the Organizer collects, processes and publishes his personal data based on the consent he gave as a condition for completing the application for participation in the Prize Contest, identification and establishing contact for the purpose of delivering the prize if he becomes a winner in the Prize Contest , whereby these data are shared with third parties (name and surname, address, e-mail address, phone number) and are used by the Organizer for promotional purposes related to this Prize competition. Such third parties include suppliers engaged by the Organizer for the purpose of collecting personal data and evidence of participation in the Prize Contest and suppliers engaged by the Organizer for the purpose of delivering prizes. The organizer, in his capacity as the manager of personal data processing within the framework of the implementation of this Prize Contest, uses processors who sufficiently guarantee the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures, and for the purposes of processing applications for the Prize Contest, in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 of these Rules. The third party will not use the participant's personal data for any purpose other than that specified here. All personal data collected in connection with this Prize Contest will be kept by the Organizer in the storage system until the expiration of the deadline for filing possible lawsuits regarding the holding of this Prize Contest, i.e. no longer than twelve (12) months from the end of the Prize Contest.

The participant has the right, in accordance with the provisions of the "General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679", at any time to request correction of data, access to data relating to him, deletion of data, right to object, right to suspend data processing. The Participant is free at any time to withhold his consent regarding the collection and processing of personal data and accepts that such denial may lead to the impossibility of participating in the Prize Contest. The organizer is obliged to ensure the deletion of reported personal data obtained by the participant in the event that the participant requests the suspension of data processing.

When exercising rights related to personal data, the participant can first of all request the exercise of their rights directly from the Organizer at the email address: info@bagadur.com.

In addition, the participant has the right to submit a complaint to the Agency for the Protection of Personal Data - AZOP, with headquarters in Zagreb, at the postal address: Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, tel. 00385 (0)1 4609-000, and e-mail address: azop@azop.hr. Participant's personal data may be processed during the duration of the Prize Contest and after, for the purpose of realizing the Prize Contest. Providing personal data is voluntary, but if the participant refuses to provide any personal data that is defined as mandatory for the implementation of this Prize Contest, they will not be able to participate in the Prize Contest.

Article 13 - Possibility of termination of the Prize Competition
The prize competition can be terminated only in case of force majeure (for example, but not exclusively in the case of a hacker attack on the website Rules of the prize contest on which the rules of NN computer virus infection, computer errors, manipulation, unauthorized access, fraud, technical failure, human error, etc.) that are beyond the Organizer's control are published, if this threatens the management, security, fairness, ethics or correct implementation of the Prize competition. Participants will be notified of the termination of the Prize Contest via the Organizer's website and are considered to be aware of the termination at the time of publication.

Article 14 – Dispute resolution
In the event of a dispute between the Organizer and the participants of the Prize Contest, the Municipal Court in Crikvenica has jurisdiction.

Article 15 - Other provisions
The Organizer is not responsible for late, incomplete and irregular participation in the Prize Contest, as well as for any failure to fulfill its obligations if the same is caused by something beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer, that is, if it is a consequence of external, extraordinary and unforeseeable circumstances that could not be prevented, eliminated or avoid.

The organizer does not assume any responsibility for any damage that may arise from this Prize Contest and/or taking over and/or using the prize, with which the participants agree. The organizer will not be responsible for any damage that could possibly result from interference in electronic communication, e-mail or the operation of applications.

Decisions of the Contest Organizer on all issues related to the Contest and these Rules are final and valid for all participants. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the Rules take precedence over any other potential postings, whether in print, electronic or any other form. The authentic interpretation of these Rules is determined solely by the Organizer.
